Best & Worst Drugstore Pencil Eyeliners

I finally took my collection of drugstore, long-wearing pencil eyeliners  and put them through a few tests. I tried to pick the darkest black from every brand, with the exception of Essence, which is shown in dark brown. It is amazing how much more you discover when you compare makeup side by side. Let's just say I was a little surprised by some of the results, and quite happy to discover that some of the best drugstore eyeliners are the ones under $5.
